Block Prints by J.T. Yost are hand-carved from a linoleum block, hand-printed using artist-grade inks and then hand-painted with oils. This makes each print unique! Cost ranges from $5 to $125 according to complexity and size. Silkscreen Prints by J.T. Yost are first drawn in inks then transferred to a screen using a phototransfer process. Each color requires a separate screen. The prints are then hand-pulled using artist-grade waterbased inks. Because the registration process and amount of ink used varies slightly from print to print (these are handmade, not machine made), your print may not look exactly like the one shown on this website, but it should be relatively close. Cost ranges from $4 to $10 depending on complexity and size.
